after powering the cryo chamber, when you go back down to the first floor and do the last thing, it has a button labeled "sleep"

you should mention that if we, like a real gamer, don't immediately click it and look around first, we lose the option. when you go back there is no sleep button/option.

pretty retarded oversight on your part.

CrabRabbit responds:

The sleep button disappeared after it went off screen?

I didn't realise that happened, but thank you for reporting the bug! I'll look into it when I get home from work.

[Edit: I tried replicating this issue, but I can't seem to figure out what caused it. I played in each mode and walked to every corner of the game stage, but the sleep button didn't disappear on me. I'm thinking it may have been a one time anomaly, but I'll keep trying. I'm sorry this happened to you.]

i was enjoying myself platforming through the level for a few minutes.

then i accidentally brushed by a laser and was sent back to the very start of the game.

very bad design

also the thumbnail on the front page has language like "you're blinded and you've to deal with that"

i don't think you understand how contractions work.

you can't just replace ever instance of "you have" with "you've" there are some instances in which that usage looks and reads stupidly. this was probably the dumbest use of a contraction i've ever seen.

a minor gripe i know, but i didn't open with it now did i?

grandbrinus responds:

Thanks for the language correction. I have corrected it and it's not a minor gripe.

The start of the game are you sure ? Maybe you mean level. If you don't, please PM me so i'll try to correct the problem but it's the first time i see that.

And i will not react for the 0.

not sure why but it bothers me to see obvious talent producing nonsense like this. kind of like watching an oil spill.

Sushin00 responds:

Don't worry. We also make fun games.

the failure-success feedback-punishment loop was sufficient to keep me grinding till the end.

Zanzlanz responds:

Aw sweet! I guess this is why I'd like to study psychology in college too! Thanks for the positive review (:

requiring the diagonals to add up to 15 was stupid. it made me think, when i'd done it for the rows and columns that i was on the wrong track.

also having the word "is" flash to the number "15" on the sign as though it was some kind of hint... when the puzzle clearly says 15 in the lower left already was stupid.

the second puzzle should have had the word "blind" scrambled. not just "blin"

forcing us to use all 7 moves to make the lines into a 5 when it was trivial to make it a 5 in 4 was idiotic.

i was able to solve all these puzzles, but i'm at an intelligence level where i'm able to breeze through something and still see that it's stupid.

i'm not saying they were too hard. that would be giving you too much credit. they were just poorly designed.

ImpendingRiot responds:

So you liked it?

ok i'll just run down my impressions as i play

-the jump sound effect sounds so horrible and clashes with the art style so harshly that it basically ruined the game for me right at the start
-the non smoothness of the cut/paste box when moving it around with click held down
-the ugly slide-ish animation of the character walking around
-the lack of any auditory feedback that the player has initiated a second jump is an oversight but almost a welcome one given the disgusting jump noise

forget this. not worth the time.

MiscEtc responds:

I found your response a bit rude, but I appreciate the feedback anyway.

this is just flappy bird without the bird or pipes and forcing you to move to the right with the arrow key instead of automatically. and forcing you to hit space to interact with objects instead of flapping.

why is this obvious clone/ripoff allowed?

dylan responds:

and I would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling kids

glad this popped up again. my first experience wasn't very positive but i liked it a lot more this time through.

3kggames responds:

Because you have to defend your house/base while your search party searches the nearby locations for supplies, weapons and survivors :)

as others have stated, the ending screen looks stupid. it breaks you out of the nice serene feel that the game imparted and suddenly makes you feel like the author had no skill and that all the quality came from the original photographers.

spyker562 responds:

as you right said - i have no skill at design, sorry me :(
