and no i don't have anything uploaded on NG since your response to people criticizing this game is to tell them they haven't made any games. what does that have to do with it? judging games and making games are two entirely different skills.

you screwed up your design. i went down to the area where there was some kind of spiky vine. but i coudln't back track. could only reach an area with water and jumps, one of which probably required a double jump or something. and i couldn't make my way to the upper left.

so i was locked out of progression.

also you get minus an entire star for not tagging this game metroidvania.

I enjoyed sending millennials to hell.

Disliked not being able to upgrade or at least cosmeticify anything with my money.

Also I wasn't a huge fan of how you'd introduce new rules but not say if they took precedence over other rules. Papers Please never made this mistake.

There was supposed to be an item shop for buying random decorative items for your desk. I only had 2 weeks to make the game and ran out of time, so that had to be cut unfortunately, so money is pointless.

Rules don't "take precedence" over each other. Let them in only if EVERYTHING is good.

the first level where you encounter the flying red enemies is so ridiculously hard and complex that screw you.

Got a normal score first then really pushed it to the limit several more times until I did it as fast as I think I could possibly click.

this one is significantly worse designed than your later games.
