the art and sound are good.
the interface is terrible though. just feels extremely unpolished. nothing is explained properly and you end up throwing a castle wall down up at the top of the screen because you didn't know how placing castle walls worked.
if you want to solicit donations for your game, you absolutely need to present a more polished experience.
Just so everyone knows. Chapter 3 is done and playable. It just launched on their main website.
You have to donate to play it. But you can donate as much or little as you want. Donating more will make it so when chapter four launches, you get to play that one immediately and for free.
This work is definitely worth the donation for me. Hope more people will as well.
you get a 5 just for the pixel art-style reflective water. i'm still trying to figure out exactly how you did that and if you could describe how you did it i would be hugely in your debt.
this art is spectacular. some of the best pixel art i've ever seen.
ok the part where you run around the square till it blows up is bugged. i've been runniing around it for like 5 minutes and it just gets brighter and more glowy but never actually explodes.

why no 'r' hotkey to reset a level?
no keyboard shortcuts at level end/fail to continue/go to next level/retry..
did you even actualy sit down and play this?
I'm sorry that you feel that way. The game is intended to be played on a mobile device or with the mouse on PC.
Since all the buttons are on plain sight we did not thought it was a need. I apologize that this ruined your playing experience.
