bad voice acting, annoyingly unskippable intro

btw the voice acting was even worse because it was so low compared to the sound effects that you couldn't hear a word of it while the sound was going. so what was the point of even having it?

well i just read a huge paper on untangling a planar graph. and it didn't help because the algorithm would still require a computer to apply and i'm not about to develop a full blown planarity solver.

i really liked this game

but the tiny window.. well

as soon as i tried to zoom in and saw you had set it to be one of those games where when you zoom in in the browser it only zooms the page and the flash window shrinks to be the same size.. you earned a zero.

[The Last Angel]

"The Last Angel" is a very uncreative name.

i like the art and the music.

don't like the sound effects as they are too low in volume compared to the music. if you can change the volumes that's great. by default it shouldn't be like that so i don't care.

gameplay is very boring. and a bit awkward.

honestly the platforming feels absolutely terrible.

as is typically the case with the feel of platforming, it's difficult to pin point why but let me give it a shot

-floaty
-ground friction too low
-acceleration annoyingly drawn out
-jump vertical/horizontal too high

if i think of anymore i'll be sure to not tell you since NG doesn't yet allow for editing of reviews or replying to author's replies to reviews. i'm sure they'll add it eventually.

in the meantime i've given you enough to chew on and i'm confident you will rectify all the things i listed promptly.

(trust me. i know platformers. i'm working on one and the feel of it is great. and i've played more than you've even heard of or will ever hear of)

super annoying. super frustrating. terrible terrible controls. if our hands are on arrows and ctrl.. why the hell would you have us needing to click? why not wasd? what a horrible horrible effort. and to top it all off, one time i changed tabs and when i came back the background was white and i could only see the character.

an unadulterated pleasure to 0.
