Lolllllllll Thanks for giving it a go anyway
In the next game I'll make sure to include upgrades :b
i don't like starting these long levels over at the start just for one little collision.
also i don't much like the controls. i get that it's a tough problem because you want arbitrary aiming.
and i'm not saying i know a better scheme. just that i don't like them. it's not my job to find the best scheme.
i like the art and music. and the platforming was tight.
the pixels on my screen in the rectangle that makes up the flash window were of various colors. they also emitted strange sounds akin to music and various sound effects.
forgot to mention. the colors of the pixels changed a lot.
have you try to look for patterns in these pixel colors and their connections with the sound? If you manege to do that I would recommend you to also try to connect this with things like motion and story and maybe even mechanics but I can't ask for too much
ok there is such a thing as letting the player figure things out for themself.
there's also a finer balance where you help them along.
then there's this crap where you just spam spam spam spamspa
SPAM SPAM SPAM
GOD DAMN SPAM them with unskippable messages.
let me figure it out for myself.
i did NOT give this a chance because i could not STAND your horrible unskippable tutorial.
i really hated that.
-too floaty
-don't like level based games. breaks immersion. there are better ways to do transitions between puzzles to give it more of a "world" feel that don't require you to actually create some epic open world mmo sandbox
-colors are monotonous
tranquil.
reminds me of other boring tranquil things.
I really don't like how little of the level you can see. -shift- key barely helps this
I'm upping the rating one star though. I was too harsh before, years ago, when I rated this.

why no guns?
edit: wow i have no idea why i wrote this review. the guns bit was obviously a joke but i remember loving this, as i love all scriptwelder games. the score must have been a mistake on newground's part. fixing now.
too easy. and lack of sound effects hurt it somewhat.
