the guy's yelling was really cringy. as well as his instant yell when the iphone blew up his house. people don't yell AS the thing is happening. they yell after. you know.. after their brain has received the information that it happened and then activated the fear response.

i don't know why but that just really hurt this animation a lot for me.

also of course your little copout with the consoles not being compatible to avoid the extremely higher tier animation required to do a real combat sequence.

cause the whole point was to do a combination sequence. the sequence was meant to replace a scene in a previous animation that is /v/rage, a remake of a older animation but I omited out a scene that has console combination back then and replace it with a fight choreography.

so this year the plan is to remake the combination sequence for that remake and thats all to it, this version was made so I can put more focus on the combination sequence as I don't want it to be just showcased in an existing media.

the idea to do an actual fight is planned and reserved for next year as foreshadowed in the console zord edition of /v/rage seen in my youtube.
