this had mediocre quality artwork in the way that makes you wonder if it was on purpose. anyways i think the morale is something like.. u can't have life without death.

high quality

seamless, diverse, and elegant

very cool blend of pro work and newbie work. it came together great. there were a few pretty mainstream newgrounds guys that weren't represented, but overall this was great work.

great

most stick movies with a story are just stupid. this one actually held my interest. if you don't finish this series (or at least continue it indefinitely which would be best imo) then i'll have to drink your blood

[Monster In The Mansion]

a bit bland

i'll say the atmosphere generated by the choice of colors and the style of animation was quite relaxing.. (in conjunction with the background noise and music choice.. both appropriate)

this plus the fact that there was a plot taken to completion gives this a 10/10

not because this is a perfect work (it's not even a great work by my standards.. mediocre at best) but it is definitely a 10/10 compared to newgrounds submissions. (compared to most newgrounds stuff this is top notch)

the problems:

the voice acting was aweful. just aweful.. i think you agree with that from reading your replies to some reviews

the main character lacks any depth. you should have developed him more.. maybe one more scene.

the dialogue between scientist and redboy was unconvincing.. needed more emotional charge and i'm not just talking abuot the bad voice acting.. i mean the dialogue itself should have been expanded and a little more thoughtful.

the animation itself was quite amateurish. definitely an A+ for effort and keep trying and improving.

the voice acting is more unbearable as that sun beating down on that farmer. i truly truly hope that you never make a part two.

good

cinematic style and music are top notch. flash animation quality is somewhat low grade. but still overall entertaining.

this was high quality work

good sound effects especially. just not enough suspense in the ending. it was no big deal that he only had one shot left since he didn't have the slightest trouble using it. it should have been a closer call or something like that. but definitely a 10
