it's like hotline miami but terrible

GraveDangerGames responds:

Hehe, ok.

I didn't need to read author comments but I saw you respond to someone asking about a control by telling them they were listed in the Author comments.

That is not the place to train the player.

Also you force us to move our hand back and forth between the mouse and keyboard by not having a keyboard shortcut to start the next level.

Also... it's not fun. Way too shallow.

It's a kind of difficulty that takes no skill to design.

Just a real bad attitude on the part of the author and you need to learn more about game design.

I understand you may be new to game dev but this is just some honest feedback.

ninjathecupcake responds:

Well, all feedback is useful and i try my best to improve every day, honest feedback is what is the best feedback i guess. I am doing my best to get the content as good as possible and i hope i can improve over time! ^^

really well done but i definitely needed him to bang that girl at the end.

PuffballsUnited responds:

Haha

this music is stolen from the guys that made tasty planet. i recognized it instantly.

on newgrounds, if you report someone for this type of thing you just get laughed at.

so i guess you get away with it. but not without my review calling you out and a huge 0.

tAMASGames responds:

if you were a little smarter you could take a look at the credits section of the game.
the music ( "Red Cat" ) was composed by Pierre Langer and licensed for the game using some $$$!
you can buy the music also, for example here: https://www.shockwave-sound.com/search/red%20cat

so HUGE ZERO to your mental abilities !

p.s.: think before you accuse someone...

no upgrades...? eh.

mousebreaker2009 responds:

We would have loved to have put upgrades in, but we tried to make this game in 3 weeks in time for Halloween. If you liked the concept - let us know and we will try and do a bigger game along the same theme.

I collected a star and then was unable to jump.

Also not having some kind of preview of where ur jump will take you makes this game difficult in a very not fun way.

DrDerico responds:

Thank you for your feedback!
It's a skill-based game, so after some amount of time one should calculate how long one should press the button for jump.

I don't like the design of this series. The general interface of navigation and interaction.

But it seems polished and its nature (the bit I don't like) eliminates pixel hunting.

Not sure if I'm supposed to rate it based on how much I like it or how good of a game I think it is.

I'll average and you'll be grateful for what you get.

ExperaGameStudio responds:

Thank you for your feedback. This is our first game (or, if you prefer, the third part of our first game) and we're improving our graphics and development skills day by day!

We hope you will like our next games more! Cheers and keep having fun! :)

"extra 10% health on level-up to all robbers"

that isn't retroactive. meaning you have leveled up a few times then get that and it only applies on future levelups.

the fact that you did it this way tells me you do not understand the incremental genre at all.

as soon as i saw that i quit. i hate the idea that i can't get everything, regardless of order.

IriySoft responds:

Yeah, a lot of people dislike this. We'll probably change it.

the handling feels horrible.

some of the obstacles are unclear. some of them looked like platforms we could land on or something.

the instructions were blank. just said instructions up top.

i HATE that i can't just hit space bar to restart when i die. i have to click which is very annoying.

Kersei responds:

Thanks for your review, I just updated the game, now you can retry with space and the instructions are visible

i am not a fan of games that put emphasis on the story like this.

but even among those that do, this is overboard. gameplay is less than an afterthought. it's like you only included some minigames so this would be classified as a game rather than a movie and get more views.

because that's what people are doing. viewing. not playing.

story is what neckbeards focus on when they make games.

theme is what geniuses focus on.

story is easy. you just straighten your neckbeard, tip your fedora, and sit down and write your little unimaginative faux creative heard out.

theme takes insight and artistic virtuosity.

thumbs down. you have a lot to learn and i won't even charge you for the harsh but incredibly valuable lesson i just lectured to you.
