the humor is so.. overdone... that i just couldn't stomach this for more than 30 seconds.

i liked the art and ambient noise. the sound effects were great too. the theme was good.

i killed off one guy on purpose because he was annoying.

then the redhead who i suspect was an alien trying to trick us into going to earth so the aliens would know where earth was, via his boosted laser proposal.

then i was never able to do anything with the other guy but shoot the laser, try the engine, and fix them.

unbeatable. so score lowered drastically

interacting with ladders is a terrible experience

jumping with the up arrow key is newb game design. should have been with z or x or something

should be using same key for interact as for saying "ok" in a menu or level select

should be moving faster when you go in flames

hit box on enemies is bigger than the enemy. this is newb game design.

music is horrible and way too short of a loop.

art is nice. that's why initially i was like "oh this is gonna be a good one"

you simply move too slow and your jumps have no horizontal.

the platforming feels horrible.

I don't think this even qualifies as pretentious. There was nothing deep or riveting or interesting about the "message" at all.

Uninteresting game.

Didn't encounter any bugs.

The platforming felt horrible. Too floaty and... collision was too loose.

I'm sure you'll tell yourself I just don't get it but there really is nothing to get. I've seen this a quadrillion times before. And in almost every case, they made it a lot more compelling.

I hate how far and unpredictably the gems bounce when you destroy stuff
I hated how in level one I'm sitting there freezing the guy and having no clue why that won't just end the level. No clue I have to pick them up, with the same key mind you, and then throw them into a wall.

Good art, sound, music, and the voice was good.

In Author Comments you said "police is" when you should have said "police are."

"is" is the third person singular present of "be"
"are" is the plural present of "be"

Police is a plural noun referring to a group of policemen and women.

You might modify the clause to "The policeman is convinced Charles Williams has murdered Jimmy Johnston,"

But I am going to assume you intended on referring to the plural "police" in which case the clause should have read:

"The police are convinced Charles Williams has murdered Jimmy Johnston,"

Of course you are right and even in the game we used the correct plural form: "There's no time, the police are after me."

nice. has a shadow of the colossus/titan souls feel, due to the music and boss

it needs to be made far more clear that you jump higher when you're jumping along with your past self.

that wasn't logical and didn't fit with the mechanics of the game.

Thanks for the feedback! The controls in reverse should be exactly the same as going forwards. Your time-reversed self can "jump" really high if you fall really far though.
